अतितॄष्णा न कर्तव्या
तॄष्णां नैव परित्यजेत्।
शनै: शनैश्च भोक्तव्यं
स्वयं वित्तमुपार्जितम् ॥
सद्गृहस्थ को न तो अधिक इच्छाएँ करनी चाहियें और न ही इच्छाओं का त्याग करना चाहिए, परिवार का उचित संचालन जितने में हो सके, उतना धन उपार्जित करते हुए उस धन का धीरे धीरे सदुपयोग करना चाहिए।
A good householder should neither have more desires nor should he give up his desires, while earning as much money as possible for the proper operation of the family, that money should be put to good use slowly.
